Personality:
Honorable
If he says that you have his word, then you have it. He'll all but break his back to keep that promise. Guided by his heart, he'll do what he thinks is right, regardless of it has been discussed with higher ups. He's not going to go give his thoughts on a situation, but simply do it. If there's time to argue about it, then that's wasting time, when you could simply do it. Asking for forgiveness is easier than asking permission, after all. His moral map might be a little off kilter, but he isn't evil. If trying to get him to do something he doesn't believe is 'right', well, you're going to piss him off, not convince him to do what you want. His right and wrong aren't the typical norm, but to go against them, to say no to those who need help, or to let someone suffer, it makes his fur feel ruffled.
No mercy
Does he like to kill cats? No. Does he like to see others suffer? No, of course not! However, sending someone squawking off into the bushes, doesn't that leave them free to come back and just do it again? Yes, yes it does. A cat who strikes against his Clan or his family, deserve no mercy, especially if it's been done more than once, or repeatedly. In a true battle, not a border skirmish, he tends to be willing to kill without much regret, if any. He goes for kill shots, and often, more than not, if the cat is unable to get away, he'll finish them off. Once you have struck against him, there is no remorse or mercy for you. Even if it were someone he loved, as soon as you hurt him, maybe not physically, there is almost nothing you can say to get into his good graces again. No mercy, and no second chances. He doesn't do this maliciously, he just sees it as a fact of life, and an act of kindness.
Cold anger
A lot of cats get loud and screechy when angry. They'll yowl and snarl, hurl insults and get their tails in all sorts of fluffed out kinks. Fogpaw, not so much. He gets quiet, not only in volume, but in words spoken. The phrase 'stony silence' fits him perfectly. When he's angry, the only way to get him to talk to anyone, especially the one he's mad at, is to ask him direct, unavoidable questions, and half the time, he'll give you a one sentence answer. He doesn't burn hot, like a lot of cats do, but he freezes, he gets cold, and when he speaks, half the time insults or his true thoughts of something or someone get thrown in there. That doesn't mean he isn't willing to fight, mind you, but merely that there isn't going to be a lot of hissing or insults screamed from him before he's on top of you.
Polite/quiet
There might have been a time where Fogpaw might have been just as chattery and jittery as his sister, but that time has come and past. Now, he's a quiet cat, not saying much unless the subject at hand it something that honestly requires a deep input. He likes to talk, but he tends to weigh his words, as best to not offend anyone. He's very emotional, but not everyone wishes to see that sort of emotion rolling off of every cat in camp, so he keeps himself wrapped up tight, and put neatly out of the way. Manners and smart phrases are safe, and it's rare he'll just shoot his mouth off. Even as Clan meetings, he's not going to be one of those cats who screams out his thoughts on the matter, the Clan leader is the one who has chosen and spoken, who is he to disagree. It would be rude, besides. He can be a bit shy around other cats, yes, but it's more like he simply is content to live life with his mouth shut for the most part.
Limitations: Doesn't voice his thoughts on the subject at hand, doesn't want to hurt feelings, doesn't quite have a properly functioning moral code, fairly people pleasing.

MY HISTORY
Family:
Whitepaw - sister - frostclan apprentice
Grayfeather - mother - frostclan queen
Silvertail - father - frostclan warrior
History:
kit
Fogkit was born with a sister, Whitekit, to Greyfeather and Silvertail. Honestly, she was a little disappointed with her first litter. You see, all her life, Greyfeather couldn't care one way or the other just how things were done as far as fighting, hunting, politics, all of that. She grew up wanting to do nothing more than be her mother, pretty, gentle, and a full time queen, not that she'd have to have a litter constantly, just be in the nursery. She had wanted a big litter, and instead, she got two kits, a boy and a girl. From the start, Whitekit was easily distracted, and not too serious, and honestly, a little air headed. She would prance and play, and harass her more serious brother into playing around camp with her. Needless to say, their mother was quite happy when they moved to the apprentice den.
apprentice
With only two moons of training under his belt, he's got next to nothing behind him, aside from a few things here and there. Generally, he's trying to keep his sister out of trouble and still have the energy to train.
